Most people are up foiling within an hour or two. It depends on how familiar the rider is with other water sports. Like everything it takes some time to build your confidence but you will be surprised how quickly you pick it up.

One of the great advantages of efoils is that they are very easy to transport. They easily fit on a set of car roof racks and many people are able to fit them inside their car. They come with carry bags to protect the board, mast and foils.

The efoil weighs 32 kilograms with the battery and 22 kilograms without the battery. Many people are able to carry the efoil with the battery by themselves however if you are not able to carry the efoil with the battery it can be carried separately and installed at the waters edge.

Our efoils cost $12,499 inclusive of GST.

It depends on the weight of the rider but our efoils are capable of speeds of 35 km per hour. The range is 25km depending on conditions.

The batteries are 18650 Lithium Ion with a 30aH capacity and 50V battery voltage. The batteries charge with our fast charger in 2.5 hours. The batteries last for up to 90 minutes depending on the weight of the rider and the conditions.

Our E foils are rated for riders up to to 125kgs.

The motor has a 7000w capacity.

The efoil weighs 32 kilograms including the battery. The battery weighs 10kgs.

It is important to completely wash the efoil and all components with fresh water to remove any salt, dirt and sand. The board should be thoroughly dried before it is put away.

We recommend that the batteries wiped down with a damp cloth and dried before storage in a safe place. After every use they should be checked to ensure there are no cracks in the battery casing which may enable water to enter the battery. We recommend that batteries are stored with 50% or less charge and are charged prior to each use.

After every use it is important to thoughly wash the connections and dry them. We also recommend spraying the connections with an electrical connection cleaner to guard against any corosion.

As our motors are gearless there is no need for servicing. They simply need to be washed down after use and the connections maintained to ensure they are free from corosion.

The battery is not able to be air freighted and requires special freight transport. Therefore the board and battery are freighted in Australia separately. So it is not uncommon for them to arrive several days apart.

if you need to ship your efoil back to us under warranty we will arrange the shipping for you. The cost of shipping may be passed onto the purchaser.

We ship to anywhere in Australia via usually by Fedex.

We ship to all major cities for a cost of $200. If you are in a regional area we will confirm your shipping cost prior to you placing your order.

Yes once your efoil is shipped from our facility in Australia you will be given a tracking number to track your shipment.

We require a non refundable $4,499 deposit to order your efoil and the balance is prior to despatch from our warehouse in Australia.

Yes we offer interest free payment through our partner Humm. You are required to pay a $4,499 initial payment and then the balance can we funded through Humm. The finance is available to approved customers. For more information on Humm please click on the link.

Through are partnership with Humm the repayments over 48 months are $155 per fortnight.

No once the efoil is paid for the transaction is final. If there are any problems with the efoil we will rectify them under our warranty.
